How To Use

Shake the bottle well. Dispense an appropriate amount of mousse onto dry fur, then gently massage to evenly distribute the foam across the coat, avoiding the eye and nose areas. No rinsing is required. Once done, remove the mousse with a clean cloth.

If you're a consumer purchasing for personal use, you may return most unused items within 14 days of receiving your order — no explanation needed. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and unopened if hygiene rules apply (e.g. shampoos, wipes, perfumes). To start a return, email hello@groomica.eu before sending anything back. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

You have 14 days from delivery to return eligible items. Sealed hygiene or cosmetic pet products (shampoos, perfumes, wipes, etc.) cannot be returned once opened. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Exchanges are only offered for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items.
