    How To Use

    After walks, use the paw spray and wipes on the intended areas according to each label. Use anti-smog wipes for quick coat cleansing and the deodorant spray when the coat needs refreshing between washes. Choose the deodorant spray size that best fits home or travel use. Avoid eyes and other sensitive areas unless the individual product label specifically allows use there.

    Does it come with a warranty?

    Our products are covered under Lithuanian and EU consumer protection law. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at hello@groomica.eu within 3 business days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where possible. If confirmed, we'll offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate solution.

    What happens if I don't like it?

    If you're a consumer purchasing for personal use, you may return most unused items within 14 days of receiving your order — no explanation needed. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and unopened if hygiene rules apply (e.g. shampoos, wipes, perfumes). To start a return, email hello@groomica.eu before sending anything back. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

    What's the returns policy?

    You have 14 days from delivery to return eligible items. Sealed hygiene or cosmetic pet products (shampoos, perfumes, wipes, etc.) cannot be returned once opened. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Exchanges are only offered for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items. To request a return, email hello@groomica.eu — do not send items back without confirmation first.
