How To Use

Dilute the shampoo with lukewarm water in a ratio of 1:3 (one part shampoo to three parts water). Apply the solution evenly to the wet coat, distributing it thoroughly. Massage gently with your hands or a sponge, especially around the paws, belly, and tail area, avoiding contact with the eyes. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Repeat the process if necessary. For external use only. Suitable for frequent use.

Does it come with a warranty?

Our products are covered under Lithuanian and EU consumer protection law. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at hello@groomica.eu within 3 business days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where possible. If confirmed, we'll offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate solution.

What happens if I don't like it?

If you're a consumer purchasing for personal use, you may return most unused items within 14 days of receiving your order — no explanation needed. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and unopened if hygiene rules apply (e.g. shampoos, wipes, perfumes). To start a return, email hello@groomica.eu before sending anything back. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

What's the returns policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to return eligible items. Sealed hygiene or cosmetic pet products (shampoos, perfumes, wipes, etc.) cannot be returned once opened. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Exchanges are only offered for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items.
