How To Use

dilute the product in lukewarm water (1 part product to 3 parts water) in a separate container, and spread the solution formed over previously dampened fur using a sponge. Massage the solution thoroughly over the entire coat, starting from the withers and working downwards to the chest, legs and rear, taking care not to forget the area between the toes. For the head and face, lather with the sponge but massage in using your hands. Avoid letting the solution come into contact with the eyes. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat if necessary.

If you're a consumer purchasing for personal use, you may return most unused items within 14 days of receiving your order — no explanation needed. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and unopened if hygiene rules apply (e.g. shampoos, wipes, perfumes). To start a return, email hello@groomica.eu before sending anything back. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

What's the returns policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to return eligible items. Sealed hygiene or cosmetic pet products (shampoos, perfumes, wipes, etc.) cannot be returned once opened. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Exchanges are only offered for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items.
