How To Use

the oil should be applied at the base of the dry fur in a quantity sufficient for covering a thin layer over the animal's entire surface. Massage the product well over the entire coat, beginning from the withers, then moving on to the chest, the legs and the rear area, without forgetting the interdigital spaces. For the head and snout massage with your hands, without letting the product penetrate into the eyes. Then pass a sponge dampened with warm water over the entire coat, forming a "milk" to be distributed over the entire length of the fur. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and unopened if hygiene rules apply (e.g. shampoos, wipes, perfumes). To start a return, email hello@groomica.eu before sending anything back. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Exchanges are only offered for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items.
